I underwent Mirena IUD insertion at GEMS Hospital under the care of Dr. Charulata Bape five years ago for menorrhagia management. Upon completion of its 5-year efficacy period, I returned for re-insertion. The procedure was carried out seamlessly, and Dr. Bape maintained the same high standard of care—thorough, empathetic, and highly professional. I'm thankful for the consistent, quality gynecological care at GEMS.

My experience of GEMS Hosiptal, of Dr Charulata and staff was extremely good and beyond satisfactory. Apart from professionalism, what stood out most was the Doctor's understanding of its patients needs and emotional well being as well. Given that I was required to undergo a surgery, the post operative care and hospital stay, its management can also be rated exlempanary. All nurses, Assistant Doctors always had a smile on their faces while greeting you. A simple smile fosters speedy recovery apart from medicines ofcourse, so what more could you ask for. :)Would highly recommend this hospital for what it specialises in.
